Role Summary We’re looking for a p ragmatic and results driven mid- level product manager to join the team and help accelerate the digital transformation of our government clients through our network of trusted partners. The Associate Product Manage r sits within the Part n er Innovation Team within Global Tech Partnerships, work ing closely with TBI country teams, senior counterparts in partner companies and governments. The role, designed for an early-to-mid career professional, will provide critical support to the Product Manager to help deliver impactful digital solutions for our government clients. The role will suit a self-starter who is proactive and happy to help in whatever way is required to accelerate our path to delivery, whilst also fulfilling more common product responsibilities. It offers to the opportunity to get exposure to some of the leading political minds global ly, whilst also develop ing product management skills and contribut ing to transformative projects that enhance public services. Your responsibilities would include supporting on partner research, strategy and proof of concept / Minimum Viable Product (MVP) development and delivery across a wide and growing portfolio of government clients and partners, including leading on s ome of these product efforts. The role will also fulfil administrative functions such as organi s ing meetings, taking notes, and creating and updating product assets ( e.g one-pagers, roadmaps and planning backlogs). This position is ideal for someone with a strong interest and some experience of technology-driven impact, as well as excellent organi s ational skills, and a strong willingness to learn. This position will report to the Product Manager, and work with a multi-disciplinary team that includes Engagement Managers, Enterprise Architects, Product Designers and Advisors. The position collaborates with a mindset for impact and accelerated value. Success in this role will be measured by the impact the implemented solutions will have with governments clients, and the measurable contributions to the successful implementation and adoption of the partner solution. UK Visa support will be provided on this post if required Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Organi s e meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and track follow-up actions Maintain and update documentation related to product development and delivery Support engagement managers in producing proposals, contracts and agreements for new and existing partners Product Development Support: Support discovery planning and workshop delivery with key stakeholders from TBI, partners and government clients Conduct research on user needs and government requirements, including gathering information on technical and systemic dependencies Assist in drafting product roadmaps, timelines, and delivery plans Collaborate with the Product Manager to translate discovery research into easy to understand problem statements to drive product definition Contribute to the adoption and expansion of partner solution s within government client(s) ( e.g launch and scale) Contribute to research informing partner selection strategy including keeping on top of emerging prospective partners and off - the - shelf products relevant to our clients Collaboration and Coordination: Support coordination between TBI country teams, government clients, and technical partners to ensure requests are clear and addressed within a reasonable timeframe Monitor and document project progress, risks, and blockers, flagging these to the product manager and other stakeholders to enable problem solving Support development of marketing case studies of government implementation success stories Learning and Development: Actively participate in additional activities to raise the profile of the team and improve working culture Continually b uild knowledge of agile methodologies, product management best practices, and understanding of partner s and their solutions Qualifications & Experience: Experience of product management in a software environment Experience of supporting technology projects with proven impact and measurable outcomes Familiarity with agile methodologies and user /human -centred design Fluency in English (other languages, especially French, desirable) Experience of working in a innovation environment (desirable) Basic understanding of cloud computing and AI (desirable) Experience of working with gover nment (s) (desirable) Experience of working with partners/suppliers (desirable) A bachelor’s degree OR equivalent practical experience International t ravel: On average 1 week per month to 2 months Skills: Highly organised with strong attention to detail Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment Strong influencing skills and the ability to work in a highly matrixed organisation Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic project management software (Trello, Monday ect ) The ability to operate in rapidly changing and growth business environment Mindset: Passion for technology’s role in driving societal impact A collaborative team player with a willingness to take on diverse responsibilities Proactive and eager to learn, with a solution-oriented approach Demonstrated interest in TBI’s mission and values What We Offer The opportunity to work on impactful projects in collaboration with governments and leading technology partners.
