How would you feel knowing that your daily actions are making a real difference in the lives of others?
At Cambian CSE, our vision is to inspire and continually develop lives—not just of the individuals in our care but also their families and communities. As a leading provider, we ensure that our support is consistent, reliable, and of the highest quality at all times.
We are currently welcoming applications from enthusiastic candidates to join our team in Shropshire.
In this role, you will join an experienced and supportive team within a beautiful, fully equipped setting. You will share the common goal of enabling each child and young person in our care to achieve their personal best.
We are immensely proud of our responsible and committed individuals, who constantly pursue the highest standards and outcomes for the children and young people in our care, as well as for each other.
Our first commitment to new starters is to offer top-tier inductions, training, and ongoing support and development through our dedicated Learning & Development Team.
All we require from applicants is the ability to demonstrate our shared values: integrity, accountability, commitment, responsibility, person-centredness, and enthusiasm. These values are more important than previous experience or positions held, as they underpin our decisions and actions to achieve the best outcomes for everyone involved.
If you can demonstrate these qualities, we will support you to become a best-in-class Support Worker, Team Leader, Deputy Manager, or beyond.
Cambian CSE is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children in our care. All applicants must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check and provide at least two references covering the past two years, including references related to working with children and vulnerable populations, along with employment history back to full-time education.
