Manage and mentor a team of accountants, providing training and support. Review accounts, tax returns, and financial statements. Provide strategic business advice to clients. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies. Requirements ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent). Strong experience in managing client portfolios within an accountancy practice. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to provide strategic business advice and identify growth opportunities. Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment. Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and tax legislation.
