Job Description
Kanadevia Inova are recruiting a HR Administrator to start as soon as possible.
The position is based from our Farnborough office and offered on a full time basis Monday to Friday.
*The required office working days are; Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, with Wednesday and Friday working from home.
* This position holds responsibility for the day to day administrative HR aspects of the business to enhance the HR life-cycle process and the flow of information between the HR department and employees.
* Providing resolution and informed HR assistance to individuals as required.
* Facilitating the requirements of line managers, taking the lead in the completion of hiring documentation and general assistance with new employee on-boarding and settling in.
Provision of Services and Responsibilities
* Implements the regulations and preparation of personnel letters to staff and authorities as required.
* Sets up and administers various meetings with staff to communicate on personnel matters as required.
* Personnel service such as training, travel, compliance, administration, as well as supporting Corporate HR policies and initiatives.
* Advises the HR Managers and other management as appropriate on the settlement and administration of minor problems.
* Ensures that full and complete records are maintained including new starters and leavers and related employee correspondence.
Qualifications
* HR Administration and support experience including employment law, contracts of employment.
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft suite applications.
* Solution orientated.
* Good forward planner.
* Excellent command of English, other languages an advantage.
