Join us as a Retail Media Partnership Manager and you’ll be a big part of this. To maximise retail media revenue by collaborating with buying teams to secure vendor investments, developing and executing impactful media plans, and building strong vendor partnerships that deliver against retail media revenue targets. Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities: Vendor Engagement & Budget Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage with potential vendors to secure retail media investments. Negotiate budget allocations and secure commitments from vendors. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential vendor partnerships. Deliver against assigned retail media category targets through effective vendor engagement and budget acquisition. Collaboration with Buying Teams: Work closely with buying teams to understand their business objectives and identify opportunities for retail media campaigns. Collaborate on the development of joint business plans, ensuring that retail media strategies are effectively integrated into category trading plans. Media Plan Development & Execution: Develop data-driven media plans that align with vendor budgets and objectives. Select appropriate ad formats, targeting strategies, and campaign timelines. Oversee the execution of media plans, ensuring accurate implementation and adherence to agreed-upon strategies. Monitor campaign performance with Retail Media Campaign team to ensure optimal return on investment for your vendors. Performance Reporting & Analysis: Collaborate with the Retail Media Campaign Planning team on post-campaign analyses to evaluate media plan effectiveness and identify learnings for future campaigns. Communicate these results and insights to vendors and buying teams Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, acting as their primary point of contact for retail media opportunities. Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential vendors and stay up-to-date on industry trends. Market Knowledge & Innovation: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in retail media advertising. Identify opportunities to innovate and improve retail media campaign effectiveness, while staying attuned to market trends and putting forward ideas for new media placements based on vendor demand and feedback. Required Skills & Experience: Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills Ability to develop and execute media plans Proven track record of delivering revenue targets Understanding of retail media inventory and ad formats (preferred) Retail Media industry knowledge and understanding
