Our ideal candidate will have:
1. Knowledge of accounting principles, invoicing, and finance-related tasks, ideally gained through education or previous experience
2. Confidence in using spreadsheets and formulas
3. A strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive financial information
4. Competency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software such as Xero
5. Ability to identify issues and find practical solutions to improve processes or resolve discrepancies
6. An excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and discrepancies in financial records, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
7. Organisational skills, excellent time management and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
