User Researcher (UX) Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: £75,000 - £78,000 Are you a skilled User Researcher looking for the next step in your career? As a User Researcher, you'll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to create effective designs through strategic research, delivering actionable insights that drive meaningful improvements across a portfolio of exciting projects. Key Responsibilities: Identify Research Needs: Define project-specific needs and their most appropriate research methods. Conduct Research: Create research plans which detail study goals and methodology, to then implement in different forms of research activities (interviews, workshops, ethnographic techniques). Understanding Data: Analyse results from all research to generate meaningful insights that generate actionable recommendations Research Visualisation: Through journey mapping, storyboarding and diagramming, communicate customer experiences to others. Present Insights: Share actionable insights with stakeholders in an appropriate manner, communicating with clarity to deliver service improvements and strategic insights. About You: Experience in User Research: Experience in a prior User Researcher role involving designing and executing effective research plans, where research has been essential in facilitating data-driven business decisions Excellent Presentation & Communication Skills: Skilled in delivering actionable insights and clear recommendations based on existing knowledge and interests of your audience. Collaborative Skills: Ability to work alongside a multi-disciplinary team, as well as stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds. Security Clearance: Prior experience of User Research in government projects is preferable, alongside holding an active SC clearance.
