Key Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills: great at building relationships and establishing credibility with both internal and customer contacts.
* Previous National Account experience preferred but not essential.
* Commercial knowledge: good understanding of numbers and the key levers for driving sales.
* Analytical experience: proven ability to interpret and evaluate complex data.
* Proactive with the ambition to develop a career within Commercial Sales.
* Brilliant organisational skills: managing own and others' time effectively.
* Competent with IT systems: including Excel, PowerPoint, and customer-specific software.
* A solution mindset: someone that enjoys turning challenges into results.
The Recipe:
As the National Account Executive, your focus will be on driving growth within our customer accounts, supporting with development and execution of business strategies.
Other responsibilities include:
* Provide information and analysis to support the development of presentations and negotiations.
* Communicate information on day-to-day order status and service.
* Create promotional plans and input into the planning and forecasting systems.
* Sell in and agree execution of the strategic plan to drive volume and KPI delivery.
* Coordinate with Instore Sales Team and Shopper Marketing to optimise execution in stores and depots.
