General Manager at David Lloyd
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead our team at David Lloyd, the largest health and fitness operator in Europe.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing large operational service delivery facilities, with a proven track record of achieving financial targets and leading high-performing teams.
As a General Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving member satisfaction, and developing strategies to increase participation and revenue.
You will work closely with our regional management team to share best practices, implement club actions, and create improvement plans against key metrics.

Requirements:
* Several years experience managing a large operational service delivery facility
* Several years experience managing a large team of employees, including Managers
* Experience of financial planning and management
* Passionate about customer service

* What members, team members or mystery members tell us about you and your team
* Achieving compliance against all legislative and company audits
* Key KPI's to include % of Frozen members, Usage % Penetration of monthly members, Customer Satisfaction, In-club income per member and EBITDARR
* Monthly club visits from Regional Manager and/or any other Club Support visitors
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
