Your new role
Respond in a timely manner to verbal, written and reactive tasks. Carry out electrical/mechanical and fabric tasks as required within your skill set. Supply quality and profitable quotations for additional works as required. Respond to customer complaints. Provide support and input into projects as required. The role, based in our client offices in Reading & Bristol, is to provide operational M&E coverage on a flexible basis between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00 (40 hours per week). To take ownership for the operation of the client's buildings including PPM, reactive works, remedial works, and emergency response including sub-contractor supervision when necessary. Liaise with the helpdesk on a daily basis; you must meet all KPI/SLA targets on PPM and reactive works via your hand-held device.
What you'll need to succeed
17th edition Electrical minimum, 18th edition preferred. At least 2 years' experience in a similar role within the building services sector preferred. Preferably has served a recognised apprenticeship. Conversant with relevant legislation and compliance issues. Good knowledge of all aspects of Health and Safety.
