Key Responsibilities: Support the Maths department in lesson preparation and classroom activities. Work with students to strengthen their understanding of mathematical concepts. Provide 1:1 and small-group interventions for students needing extra support. Assist in tracking student progress and providing feedback to teachers. Help create an engaging and supportive learning environment. Requirements: A degree in Mathematics (or a related subject). A strong passion for education and student development. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential).
