As an Import Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the importation process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods, and maintaining strong communication with global suppliers, customers, and partners. Your ability to communicate in Mandarin will be key in liaising with suppliers and clients in China and other Mandarin-speaking regions, facilitating smooth operations and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all aspects of the import process from China and other Mandarin-speaking regions.
Communicate directly with Chinese suppliers, customs brokers, and overseas partners to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
Track and monitor shipments, resolving any delays or issues that may arise.
Prepare and manage all import documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure alignment on inventory levels, production schedules, and customer orders.
Work closely with the logistics team to coordinate shipping schedules and ensure cost-effective solutions.
Monitor and ensure compliance with customs regulations, tariffs, and import laws.
