Telesales Executive

* Salary:£30,000 + 30% commission
* Hours:Full-time, Monday to Friday (hybrid and flexible working hours)
We are seeking an experienced Telesales Executive focused on driving sales through cold calling. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in telesales, particularly those experienced in selling services rather than products.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Engage in cold calling to sell services directly to potential clients.
* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through effective communication.
* Identify decision-makers within businesses to pitch and sell services.
* Utilise Sales Force or other CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on direct sales without the primary need for lead generation.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities.
* Manage sales data in organised manner and schedule sales activity appropriately
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in telesales, ideally with a background in service sales
* Strong ability to sell and close deals over the phone
* Experience using CRM systems such as Sales Force
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Resilient and persistent, with a professional approach to sales
