The Role
A critical senior leadership role within the Marketing function, responsible for driving efficiency and effectiveness across lifecycle guest comms through leveraging of Insights, marketing effectiveness data and support. Our team is responsible for nurturing guests from consideration to booking across all communication touch points whilst delivering database health to grow and improve the quality of our database.
You will:
1. Accountable for the end to end lifecycle journey, managed by the lifecycle team, ensuring Business Plan KPI’s and initiatives are delivered.
2. Accountable for database health, to specifically include growth, engagement and quality of our data.
3. In consultation with data science and insights, develop and improve our use of RFM segmentation to determine best guest cluster segments for all comms and promotional targeting. Socialise this across the business to key stakeholders and senior business leaders to encourage consistency and efficiency.
4. Own and develop the CRM reporting suite of assets so that CRM performance is measured against targets and communicated effectively with stakeholders so that CRM contribution to business plan is understood and recognised.
5. Support the delivery and management of the CRM budget ensuring month end reporting is accurate and on time.
6. Support the Senior Manager, CRM Strategy and Transformation to contribute your expertise to the Guest Contact Strategy.
Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK6 and is offered on a full time, 12 month fixed term contract basis, with hybrid working in our Southampton office, including up to two days from home.

7. Proven experience with cross-department engagements.
8. Relevant legislative understanding.
9. Numerical data interpretation and analysis skills.
10. 3 years experiences of managing agency relationships.
11. Thorough knowledge of guest engagement tactics.
12. 2 years’ experience on segmentation models.
13. Knowledge of CRM compliance law.
