Our Values are key to driving our success, and are at the heart of everything we do: Clients Come First - Always | Execution Supersedes Intention | Together We Win | Diversity Improves Results | Truth Builds Trust If our mission, values, and purpose align with your own, we would love to hear from you Your opportunity - Work closely with the Director of Media Relations for EMEA, LatAm and APAC, and the wider global press team on campaigns undertaken to further build the brand recognition of Janus Henderson Investors. - Support the management of PR agencies across EMEA, LatAm and APAC by sharing Janus Henderson content, responding to media enquiries and facilitating regular update calls. - Draft and publish a range of external and internal communications including press releases and social media posts. - Position Janus Henderson and its investment team as a thought leader in the media and strategically place the firm's content in the press. - Proactively develop and cultivate strong relationships with media outlets across financial media including top-tier publications, broadcast outlets, and trade press in the UK. - Arrange and facilitate media interviews with the firm's portfolio managers, analysts and senior executives. - Assist in the measurement and tracking of media results and coverage. - Support change-management communications related to personnel and product changes. - Assist with the management of the firm's key press events in the UK, Europe and LatAm. - Manage the end-to-end process of the firm's various thought leadership projects. - Carry out additional duties as assigned. - Arrange and facilitate media training for Janus Henderson spokespeople.
