Our Client, Lincolnshire Council, is seeking an experienced Children’s Social Worker to join their Team.

Responsibilities of this role:
* Helping families with complex social care needs and creating personalised support plans.
* Following the legal frameworks for statutory intervention and make sure the families are aware of their rights and responsibilities.
* Working closely with different stakeholders and partners to offer holistic support to children and families, addressing their needs and goals.
* Promoting child-centred approaches that empower children to participate in their own care, prevent further harm, and foster independence.
* Actively participating in inter-agency planning and decision-making, bringing professional expertise and insights to case discussions and interventions.
* Communicating assessments and professional judgments clearly and confidently, both verbally and in written reports, including court statements.
Requirements of this role:
* Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
* Must have a Social Work qualification (Diploma in social work, social work degree or equivalent)
* Must have minimum of 3 years experience working as a Qualified social worker
