You will support students with Autism, Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and other learning challenges. As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll be playing a crucial role in shaping students' learning experiences and supporting their development both in and out of the classroom. What you’ll be doing: 1:1 & small group support: Assist students across various age groups, from Early Years to Post-16. Developing independence: Help students build essential skills in a supportive and inclusive environment.
