Customer Service Representative – Part Time/Weekend
Salary: £25,880 pro rata + excellent benefits
Hours: 15-20 hours per week, Part Time; 15 hours per week, Weekend Only
Location: North Cheshire Trading Estate, Prenton Way, Birkenhead, Prenton CH43 3ET
Note: Due to remote location and shift pattern, own transport is essential

Are you ready to support customers during their most crucial moments? Join SP Energy Networks as a Customer Service Representative.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for electrical faults, general inquiries, power cuts, and during large-scale events like storms. Your calm demeanor, prompt solutions, and reassuring support will help resolve issues while reinforcing our commitment to excellent customer service.
Your responsibilities include handling inbound calls, providing updates, coordinating incident logging, and supporting vulnerable customers with extra care. This role is about caring for customers when they need it most.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound customer communications.
* Provide updates and reassurance, especially to vulnerable customers.
* Support customers across multiple channels with consistent, kind communication.
* Resolve issues promptly, ensuring customers feel heard, valued, and satisfied.
* Maintain high customer service standards, even during challenging situations.

Working Patterns: We operate 24/7, 365 days a year.
Part-time staff: 15-20 hours over 3-4 days, with 2-week rotations.
Weekend staff: 15 hours between Saturday and Sunday, with 6-week rotations.
