In this position, you will: Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Private Client team. Assist with document preparation, including wills, trusts, and probate paperwork. Manage client communications with professionalism and discretion. Handle file management, correspondence, and diary management. Coordinate meetings and liaise with clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. About You: Ideally, youll have experience in Private Client work, but were open to considering candidates with a background in other areas of law. Whats most important is your prior experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar role within a legal setting. To be successful you will need to demonstrate: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision. Previous experience as a secretary ideally within a private client law environment or similar. Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication and client care skills. Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office.
