Sales and Customer Relationship Lead Location: Accrofab Derby DE21 7RX Shift Pattern: 39 hours each week with a flexible starting time between 07:00 and 08:00 Monday to Friday, with a flexible finish time between 16:00 and 17:00 Monday to Thursday, and on a Friday, a finish time of 12.00 Salary: Competitive We have a vacancy within our Business Development Department and are currently recruiting for the role of Sales and Customer Relationship Lead. We are looking for candidates who have relevant and proven experience seeking an opportunity to develop their skills and join a growing Organisation. Role Accountabilities: Management of the Sales Pipeline (Bid/No-bid tracker) with projects in and out and specific customer feedback Updating of Sales Metrics in conjunction with the Commercial Manager Competent with Customer Portals (such as Ivalua) in-terms of extracting proposals, managing them and up-loading responses back in Capable of researching target customers and finding ways into their buying functions in conjunction with the agreed sales plans Project management of customer projects into the business including link calls and feedback on progress Sales pitches to new and existing customers Basic commercial cover on pricing updates, Schedule Agreement Process and Pricebook updates Customer and internal problem solving Advanced Excel skills to support price review, testing and negotiation preparation Customer negotiation support, scenario planning and deal closing in conjunction with the Commercial Manager Joint ownership of the Customer on-boarding matrix Ownership of key customer accounts Liaison with different company departments to resolve customer issues and promote satisfaction Route of escalation for un-resolved customer issues Person Specification: Previous experience of working to Aerospace standards Has a keen eye for detail Demonstrates good teamwork, but should also be capable of working individually Is self-driven with a positive outlook Has good communication skills We will be selecting a candidate who is aligned with our RISE Values; Respect, Integrity, Safety and Excellence, and who collaborates well with others to maximise teamworking.
