Check-In & Documentation: Manage the check-in process, issue boarding passes and baggage tags, and ensure all passenger documentation is accurate and compliant with airline procedures. Flight Information & Assistance: Provide passengers with accurate information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and other relevant details. Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with airline and airport regulations, including safety and security procedures, to maintain a safe travel environment for all passengers. Boarding: Assist with boarding procedures, manage excess baggage fees, ensure the seamless management of additional services by utilising airline systems effectively. Problem-Solving & Customer Support: Address any concerns or complaints from passengers in a professional and empathetic manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Team Collaboration: Work alongside your colleagues and other airport staff to ensure the smooth operation of ground services and deliver a seamless passenger experience. Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including data entry, documentation, and reporting, as needed. What You Need to Succeed: Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar field is preferred, but not essential. Training will be provided. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional language skills are a plus. Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately process passenger information and follow operational procedures. Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, based on operational needs.
