Senior Charities Lawyer, 12 Month Contract
We are delighted to be working with a highly unique non-profit organisation which is leading on ground breaking scientific research.
The role is for a senior lawyer with charity law experience to join its legal team and work on highly complex charity law matters.
The role is for 12 months with a start date of February/March 2025.

The Opportunity
The organisation has an opportunity for a senior Charities Lawyer to join for 12 months and work as part of its collaborative legal team, which is an integral part of the complex and technical scientific work of the organisation.
The scope of the role is to provide specialist support in respect of the non-profit nature of the organisation. Whilst quite broad, the focus of the role will often be the partnerships which it enters into and the carving out of the benefit of these partnerships and the ownership of assets (often IP) as a result of these collaborations.

The ideal candidate will have exposure to IP and / or life sciences. However, the key to this role is really the ability to navigate complex partnerships and drafting contracts depicting these partnerships and collaborations.
