Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that align with the curriculum.
2. Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports students' academic and social-emotional development.
3. Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
4. Develop and implement strategies to meet the diverse needs of all students.
5. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' progress and achievements.
7. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
Requirements:
8. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
9. Proven experience teaching in a classroom setting.
10. Strong knowledge of the curriculum and best teaching practices.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
13. Strong organizational and time management skills.
