The Role We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our HR team in the Cambridge office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated and fun team, and gain exposure to a variety of HR areas. Experience working within a HR team would be preferred but not essential. This position is being offered as a part-time role, requiring 15 hours per week, over 3 days, ideally on Thursday, Friday and Monday and we are happy to discuss this. As a HR Administrator at Tees some of your duties will include: Providing day to day HR administrative support for the HR function Playing a key role in the processing of onboarding and offboarding Dealing with requests for information Dealing with first line HR queries Ability to work in a planned and organised way along with the ability to multitask and manage a variety of requests at one time Experience Required: Experience of working in an administration focused role Accurate recording of information and attention to detail Customer service and community focus Professional, polite, enthusiastic and welcoming approach If you are motivated and passionate about supporting people and would like to join a team that helps the business thrive, then we would like to hear from you.
