Content Team Assistant Job description Location: Manchester or Leeds (United Kingdom) Salary: £26,000 Media Bodies is looking for an energetic and dedicated Team Member to join our dynamic Content Team. You’ll play a key role in supporting both the Content Team, our in-house podcast (Ten Min Win) and Media Bodies’ partners, ensuring the success of our strategies across multiple forms of media. About Media Bodies We are a team of 32 professionals from nine different countries, working across Leeds, Manchester, London, Barcelona and Los Angeles. Paid gym membership and other perks Key Responsibilities Maintain timely and professional communication with partners and clients Ensure all campaign deliverables meet agreed standards and deadlines Collaborate with the Partner team to align campaign content with client goals Analyse and report on campaign performance to optimise future strategies Manage project tracking in Monday.com, keeping everything updated in real time Assist with client presentations, proposals, and research to support campaign success Organising schedule of Podcast guests Using CRM software to schedule and carry out follow-ups Research of Podcast guests and created associated documents Social media content creation and management across LinkedIn, Insta, TikTok, X, Working with our in-house designers to build assets Organising and coordinating actionable steps for lead conversion Working with our in-house Marketing & PR team to further the reach of content Coordinating schedules and resources Preparing and updating pitch decks Research & creation of knowledge resources to share with potential guests and team Desired Knowledge & Skills Agency/fast-paced environment experience (Essential) Copywriting and Content Writing Basic graphic design (Canva) Research (Identifying Prospect Backgrounds, Industry Trends and Updates, Key conversations) Brand Management (Ensuring all materials and communications are aligned with the established Tone of Voice and Visual Identity) Client relationship management and account support Strong interest in social media, YouTube, and influencer marketing Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Adaptability and accountability How Can You Stand Out?
