Now, through TGB Spa and DKollection Villas, we’re expanding our reach to offer unparalleled treatments and services with luxury experiences and so we are looking for a Marketing and Brand Manager to help us on this journey. Collaborate with the Marketing Director to create and implement a global brand strategy, focused on driving growth, increasing market share, and building brand equity for TGB Spa and DKollection Villas.
* Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitors to identify opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
* Lead and mentor the DKollection marketing team, fostering collaboration and aligning efforts with The GelBottle’s values.
* Collaborate with TGB teams (e-commerce, creative, NPD, social) to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer experience.
* Oversee marketing campaigns for TGB Spa and DKollection Villas, ensuring alignment across brands, channels, and markets.
* Develop market entry strategies and tailor brand messaging to resonate with local audiences.
* Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
* Develop and manage the global brand budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI and drive growth
This is a hybrid role, 3 days a week onsite at our Brighton HQ.
About you:
This newly created role focuses on establishing processes and introducing innovative ways of working between the TGB and DKollection teams. It offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure across diverse industries, including beauty, retail, and hospitality. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic, start-up-like environment and can use their expertise to expand and strengthen our marketing capabilities. To succeed in this role, we think you'll need:
* Experienced & Strategic: 4+ years in marketing, ideally within beauty, fashion, or hospitality industry.
* Skilled Communicator:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for brand storytelling.
* Strategic Thinker: You can see the big picture, developing initiatives that align with our goals while delivering tangible results.
* Collaborative Leader: A natural leader, you thrive on collaboration, working cross-functionally to bring brand visions to life.
