At Ringstead, we are proud to offer the opportunity for a Breakfast Club Assistant and an After School Club Assistant to join our dedicated, passionate, and driven staffing team. Our whole community, from Staff to Governors, Parents, and Trust members, all work together to provide the best for our pupils and families we serve and work towards creating real change in their lives. We want our children to enjoy their time and education with us, to achieve the highest possible standards in all aspects of their lives, and to enable them to be happy learners and citizens for the future. As a Church of England School, we are particularly conscious of the need to create opportunities for all pupils to grow up in a community and a society where we can all live and work successfully together through mutual respect, tolerance, and understanding.
Through this appointment, we hope to strengthen the support we provide children, to enable their development, both academically and emotionally. We are therefore looking to appoint someone who shares in this enthusiasm and can contribute effectively to our vision.
The Successful Candidate Will Therefore:
* Be enthusiastic, approachable, friendly, and positive about their role in education and contribution to our whole school community;
* Be committed to supporting, motivating, and challenging the learning of children;
* Be able to work effectively, flexibly, and independently;
* Show initiative and creativity in different learning situations;
* Be passionate about children’s learning and well-being;
* Be keen to support the ethos of a Church school.
The successful candidate will be lucky to join a close-working staffing family, led by a supportive leadership team, within a warm and welcoming environment that values staff wellbeing, inclusion, and collaboration.
Furthermore, as a proud member of the Peterborough Diocese Education Trust since 2015, we operate within a wider community of 35 schools across Northamptonshire, Rutland, and Peterborough, and these strong links make a special contribution to our children’s spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development and learning. PDET is responsible for employing all staff and managing finances and other central services for the academies within the Trust. Therefore, there are vast development opportunities, resources, and benefits provided, including a brand-new Employee Benefit and Recognition Scheme!
