Role Overview: As a Graduate AGV Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for the successful deployment and integration of AGV systems at customer sites worldwide. You will work closely with clients to map and route AGVs, integrate them into existing processes, and ensure safety compliance. This is an exciting opportunity to work on dynamic projects ranging from single AGV installations to managing fleets, while contributing to the evolution of our industry-leading technology. Key Responsibilities Install and Commission AGVs at customer sites in the UK and globally. Map and Route AGVs to optimise operations for varying requirements, from single machines to large fleets. Integrate AGVs into new or existing processes, ensuring seamless interaction with process equipment and site infrastructure. Set Up Safety Systems and conduct thorough safety verifications to meet regulatory standards. Carry Out On-Site Risk Assessments, documenting and mitigating potential hazards. Demonstrate AGVs to prospective customers, showcasing functionality and capabilities. Support Current Installations by troubleshooting, optimising, and maintaining systems. Assist in Developing Control Systems and improving the safety and performance of our product offerings. What We're Looking For We're seeking a proactive, solutions-focused individual with: A degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical/Electronic, Control Systems, Automation, or similar). A keen interest in automation, robotics, and advanced technologies. Willingness to travel extensively within the UK and internationally. Preferably, experience with motor controllers and drives (e.g., configuring, troubleshooting, or optimising). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with customers and internal teams. Knowledge of safety systems and risk assessment processes (desirable but not essential; training provided).
