Location of the Job: Home-based / remote. Covering all the UK nationally.

About The Company:

The Job Role Details:
As Sales Director, you will be responsible for optimising the replacement sales of the company brands, and the implementation of the strategic development plan for the region.
You will be responsible for:
* Commercial P&L.
* Product pricing.
* Managing a team of staff (3-8 direct reports).
* Managing and implementing marketing activities in terms of marketing and sales campaigns, POS, brand building etc. together with the UK & Ireland Marketing Manager.
* Maintaining and growing the current customer base.
* Identifying and executing new sales business in line with corporate objectives.
* Efficient implementation and management of your sales territories.
* The development, training and coaching of your team.
* Participating in annual budgeting.
* Participating in the generation of the 3-year business plan.
* Working closely with all Sales Managers relating to the achievement of monthly / annual targets.
* Ensuring that market insights are submitted to help optimum inventory provisions for UK & Ireland Warehouses.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be…
* Sales Director or equivalent experience - within the Tyre or Wheels sector.
* Bachelor's degree (preference to master's degree).
* Strong knowledge of all aspects of business functions.
* Strong capacity of networking and extensive knowledge of the Agricultural or Construction Equipment industry.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* The ability to see the big picture, provide solutions.
* Excellent planning skills and ability to follow up and deliver results.
* Able to work well under pressure.
* Willing to travel between 50 - 60% of your time. May require air and overnight travel.
* IT literate in: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM.
* Strong financial and business acumen.
* Effective and influential written and verbal communication skills.
* Strategic orientation.
