Programme Overview
The UOB Management Associate Programme is designed to nurture our next generation of leaders across the region. To be a UOB Management Associate, you will be someone with a drive for excellence, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong sense of ethics.
Over a period of 24 months, our Programme will provide you opportunities to experience various business segments and corporate functions at UOB Vietnam and join regional projects with UOB Management Associates from other countries in UOB Group. This is where you will learn and appreciate different aspects of the business, within one of our business segments or corporate functions of your choice, and fast-track your career in the banking industry.
The Management Associate Programme will be available as a Home Division selection of Finance and Corporate Services:
* We fulfil a dual role of governance and support of UOBV’s performance & strategic objectives. We conduct financial, regulatory, and performance reporting of UOBV and fulfill our mandate as stewards of the Bank’s resources by ensuring the right levels of controls and oversight over their use. We support senior management and the businesses by providing insights into the performance of the country and its businesses and geographies to support enhanced decision-making over both the short and long term to achieve optimal and sustainable financial outcomes for our shareholders.

What we look for in a UOB Management Associate
* A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university, preferably with majors in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Economics, Business Administration, etc.
* No more than two years of work experience.
* Impressive leadership and teamwork abilities.
* Fluency in English.
Selection Process
A comprehensive and rigorous selection and assessment process is in place to help us identify ideal candidates for the UOB Management Associate Programme. This comprises ability tests as well as interviews with Human Resources and Senior Managers:
