Job Role: Quality Assurance Specialist
Based onsite at our prestigious client, this role focuses on ensuring consistent product quality by managing and upholding ongoing processes to meet standards.
1. Lead and manage end-to-end processes for negotiating and agreeing on Quality Attributes Specifications (QAS) and standards for depot quality checks.
2. Ensure all products have QAS completed, approved, and active in accordance with critical path timings.
3. Conduct scheduling, planning, and preparation for product assessment panels.
4. Document outputs and actions from attribute panels, managing these through to approval and specification activation with suppliers and SGS.
5. Monitor product quality post-launch against agency standards, reviewing complaints and sales data to determine frequency and schedule.
Qualifications
* Relevant technical or quality management experience/qualifications in Food/FMCG.
* Practical knowledge of legislation and technical standards.
* Product knowledge with experience delivering legal quality products to customers.
* Proficiency in systems such as Igloo or Ice Check.
