About you:

If you have excellent interpersonal / relationship building skills, and the ability to innovate and offer creative solutions to problems, we’d love to hear from you!
We are looking for a new team member with strong research and analytical skills. You should be able to digest complex information, assess risks and opportunities, and meaningfully write and present reports and recommendations to a variety of audiences, including senior management, councillors, partners and regulators. In addition to helping manage our key business planning processes, under the supervision of the team manager, you will provide support for our work to meaningfully engage with stakeholders and partners, which includes providing support for the work of the Public Service Board, one of our key strategic partnerships.
About Us:
Our team has oversight of key business management functions across the council. These include Corporate Planning, Performance Management, Risk Management, and support for regulatory activity. You will be part of a team of three Corporate Performance and Improvement Officers, each of whom has their own specialty areas, supporting and advising wider service delivery across the council.
