A loyal client to Sphere is looking to appoint a Project Manager with immediate effect.
Your new company is an established Main Contractor based in Dorset, delivering projects ranging in value from 500k to 25m+. These projects span various sectors, including Defence, Public Sector, Education, Health, Leisure, Commercial, Industrial, and Residential.
In this role, you will head up the Operational and Delivery elements of the following project:
1. New Build – 108 Bedroom Premier Inn
2. Value: 11 million
3. Location: Dartmouth
4. Completion: August 26
You should have solid Main Contractor experience and relevant degree-level qualifications. Additional experience with multi-storey projects such as hotels or student accommodation would also be beneficial.
