Are you an experienced Financial Controller with a background in the construction sector? Our client is looking for a talented professional to join their team and oversee the financial operations of three companies, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all financial matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage the bookkeepers across three companies, providing guidance and support.
* Produce accurate financial forecasts and detailed accounting reports for directors and management.
* Assist with grant applications and explore funding opportunities to support company growth.
* Manage company insurance policies and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
* Serve as a key advisor in shaping financial strategy and decision-making processes.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in financial management, specifically within the construction industry.
* Ability to navigate complex financial operations across multiple companies.
* Must reside in the Middlesbrough area and be available for in-office work five days a week.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM & Friday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
