Our success is through Our People As a professional administrator, who may or may not have a HR or recruitment background to date, you will be joining a relaxed, warm, and friendly HR and OD Team. Working alongside our existing HR and Recruitment Officer, you will be the first point of contact for the department, contributing to the efficiency of the team as we continue to shape our approach to deliver enabling, modern and integrated HR practices in support of the overarching College strategy aims. The role includes a particular daily focus on supporting the tasks and activities involved in the employment lifecycle, including recruitment, selection and onboarding processes, and also includes other administrative support across ER casework, processing of contractual variations and terminations including associated payroll administration, along with the accurate and timely updating of systems, databases and electronic files and information. Your experience in administration which includes coordinating administrative processes, systems and databases, along with your proactive approach, will position you well for success.
