Company Secretary Assistant Manager My client, a leading professional services firm is looking to recruit an experienced, company secretarial professional to take on management duties whilst managing a portfolio of entities. In particular, your duties would include; Key Duties Deliver a range of high-quality company secretarial services to clients, ensuring targets are met. Manage team workflows, provide feedback, and handle line management duties, including performance management and appraisals. Oversee statutory filings, corporate records (Diligent Entities), and advise clients on compliance, governance, and complex transactions. Develop new business opportunities, grow existing client relationships, and lead technical initiatives. Key Skills Experience with Diligent Entities.
