To provide comprehensive administrative, clerical support to the secretarial team, providing support for each other and ensuring continuity of service.

2. Scanning documents and maintaining patients' electronic files
3. Providing support for the secretaries, Consultants, and their teams.

* General understanding of office practices and administration
* Ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines.
* Ability to communicate with, coordinate, and liaise with a multidisciplinary team.
* Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
* Good interpersonal skills
* Previous experience of working in an administrative role
* Previous NHS experience
* Knowledge of NHS systems
Qualifications
* GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths.
* NVQ2, or working towards NVQ2, in Business Administration or similar administrative field.

The ability to converse easily and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for all customer-facing roles.
