Insurance Sales Adviser
£25,000 - £28,000 basic plus c£700 per month commission

Working for an Insurance Broker based in Croydon well known for offering exceptional client care, you will provide advice and guidance on General Insurance matters to members and provide best of breed insurance products at reasonable prices either online, by telephone, or face to face.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Manage incoming sales and member/customer enquiry calls.
2. Produce and issue quotation, new business, and renewal documentation.
3. Assist customers to protect their material assets and liabilities.
4. Follow up and convert leads as well as making outbound calls.
5. Work productively and efficiently as a member of a sales team and contribute to team discussions regarding progression and positive change.
6. Achieve agreed sales and retention targets, both individually and as part of the overall team.
7. Maintain and achieve growth in income from existing customers.
8. Develop and maintain positive ongoing relationships with Insurers and Underwriters in a professional manner.
The successful candidate will have:
1. Insurance new business experience.
2. A minimum of 5 Grade A-C GCSEs.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. IT skills including MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Ability to build successful business relationships.
6. Willingness to learn and develop into a new profession including CII membership and qualifications.
7. Politeness and cooperation towards customers, brokers, and colleagues.
