1. Communicating effectively with key account stakeholders through various channels, including email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.
2. Delivery of world-class service through effective communication and problem-solving.
3. Managing & supporting allocated helpdesks and their related portals.
4. Working across quote logs in preparation for customer billing.
5. Preparing quotations and sending them to customers.
The successful applicant will need to have excellent engagement skills, experience of client order processing, and an exceptional eye for detail.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is seeking to hire a highly talented and experienced scheduler/coordinator who has excellent stakeholder engagement skills. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, possess excellent coordination and organisation skills, and be able to deliver and maintain a best-in-class support service. Please note; applicants will need to have full right to work in the UK already in place and the role will be fully office based in the Camberley area.
