We are seeking motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join our clients' team in a roof tile manufacturing environment. The role involves loading press machines, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Pay Rate - £15.15 per hour, paid weekly
Hours of work - 7am-5pm Monday to Wednesday & Thursday 7am-4pm
Days of work - Monday - Thursday
Location - Ebbw Vale, NP23 5SD.
Reporting to - Production Manager
Type of Contract - Temporary
Key Responsibilities of Production Operative:
* Load raw materials into press machines according to production schedules.
* Monitor the operation of press machines to ensure consistent production output.
* Conduct basic quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
* Report any machinery issues or production delays to the supervisor.
* Follow health and safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
* Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.
* Support other production tasks as required.
Requirements of Production Operative:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not essential (training provided).
