Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Build Demand forecast for our products and live services (by platform and by region) and drive an optimised life cycle management.
• Set and align on relevant KPI’s to measure and track Live services performance.
• Develop strong relationships with team to drive smarter business strategies and evaluate the quality in execution through performance tracking.
• Proactively flag Risks Opportunities and recommend corrective actions to build relevant action plan.
• Provide scenario modelling impact on demand from both Go To Market strategy (pricing, editions, marketing, market trend…) and from business model options.
• Articulate key drivers of assumptions based on gameplay, genre and live services model, in comparison to market trend and competition.
• Support Studio and Product lead through data and analytics for them to deliver an adequate and successful Live services plan.
• Share value added insights, accurate reporting & analysis with relevant partners to drive informed decision making.
• Ensure right tools, technologies and processes usage and adoption targeting an effective and reliable flow of information sharing.
Requirements:
• 7+ years Demand Planning, Data & Analytics, or equivalent experience, in multinational landscape, supporting products and services across several geographies, platforms and business models.
• Confirmed experience in Gaming industry with strong understanding of Premium, F2P and GaaS business models.
• A passion for Games and highly analytical with a keen eye for market trend and data.
• Advanced Excel skills plus Business software intelligence skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to identify and articulate on genre, gameplays and market opportunities, make clear recap/recommendations from many data points and communicate precise message through simple rationale and business narrative.
• An open and flexible mindset, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Excellent English language proficiency, both written and spoken, to serve as working language.
• Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility, self-drive and capable of managing work under tight timeline and across different time zones.
• Ability to focus on priority, take initiatives and positively challenge status-quo to influence a better outcome.
