Job description The Facilities Administration (Admin) Support (FAS) is accountable to the Facility Officer (FO) and Site Manager in supporting Defence Primary Health Care (DPHC) in delivery of a safe and effective primary healthcare service within the Peronne Lines site. The Facilities Admin Support will act as the focal point for fault reporting, bulk deliveries, resupply consumables and act as Deputy to the Facilities Officer ensuring that the site is compliant with Defence Primary Healthcare processes and statutory legislation. To be part of the facilities team duty rota to cover the out of hours for the CICC Facilities Manager (FM) responsibility. Person specification Main details of the role include but are not limited to: Support the Facility Offer (FO) with daily monitoring and management of the facilities team group mailboxes. Maintain site contact and distribution lists, ensuring they are updated as requested. Act as the focal point and report work services to the Helpdesk, maintain the site work services register, give 4c brief, monitor the standard of the contractors and cleaners work to ensure the required standards are being met and maintained. Report any issues to the FO. Manage all bulk deliveries within Catterick Integrated Care Centre (CICC) ensuring that the correct processes are being followed. Assist the FO with the production and review of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH), Display Screen Equipment (DSE) and Safety health Environmental Fire (SHEF) risk assessments.
