About the Team
The Account Management team is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and understanding their requirements to solve their needs most effectively. Working alongside other Account Managers and the Support team you’ll be fully assisted in helping clients with almost any type of requirement they have.
About the Job
Account Managers are experienced sales professionals in financial services or related industries. While extensive market knowledge is not mandatory, self-motivation plays a crucial role in achieving success in this position.
The primary responsibilities of the role are to:
* Learn how to build and nurture client relationships through various channels like telesales, social media, trade events, and networking
* Learn how to offer finance solutions by presenting a range of products such as asset finance, commercial loans, invoice finance and property finance
* You will develop effective analysis of financial requirements and relevant documentation
* Develop a full understanding of your clients’ requirements
* Prepare proposal documents and compile persuasive applications

Candidate Requirements

* Must have a background in client facing sales preferably telesales and short sales cycles
* Any prior experience in Financial Services, Recruitment, IT Sales or Insurance sector would be a bonus but not pre-requisite.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism in all forms of communication
* Continuously enhance knowledge and skills
* Remain vigilant against fraud and money laundering risks promptly reporting any concerns
* Adhere to the principles of Treating Customers Fairly in all interactions
* Support fellow Account Managers and contribute expertise and best practices to the wider team
