We are seeking a dedicated Clerical & Welfare Assistant to join our team in Braintree. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support while ensuring the well-being of our pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
Assist with pupil welfare tasks, such as attending to sick or injured students and liaising with parents and staff.
Manage reception duties, including answering telephone and face-to-face enquiries, and signing in visitors.
Support the coordination of school events and visits from external bodies, such as the school nurse or photographer.
Maintain accurate records and assist with the administration of school policies and procedures.
