SEN TA:
* Relevant experience with SEMH needs/challenging behaviours
* Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
* Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach• Excellent communication skills
* Right to work in the UK and recent references
As an SEN TA, you will:
* Support students with SEMH needs and challenging behaviours
* Implement IEPs and behaviour strategies
* Foster a positive learning environment
* Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and professionals
* Monitor and report student progress
