Our Retail Strategy & Analytics Team understand the interactions between people and places, to help inform strategic investment decision. We help occupiers to optimise and expand their store/branch portfolios, advise shopping centre owners/investors on optimising their investments, and provide visitor insights and impact analysis for BIDs and Local Authorities. Whilst located in the UK, our client base is global, so we expect opportunities to travel and collaborate with Colliers’ international teams.
Job Description
The role of Senior Manager at Colliers supports the team leadership with client relationship management and end-to-end project management from lead generation through to scoping and delivery. Developing strong working relationships, shaping methodologies and leading client presentations are key, alongside coaching junior team members to ensure all work is delivered to the robust, high quality that our clients expect. Responsibilities include:
* Generating new leads and client relationships through both internal and external networking
* Converting identified leads into revenue-generating projects, including designing scopes of work to meet and exceed client expectations
* Building long term, “trusted advisor” relationships with clients
* Coaching project teams to innovate and deliver high quality client work in a timely and efficient manner
* ‘Rolling your sleeves’ up and playing an active role in project delivery to support and guide colleagues, and ensure high quality standards in our deliverables
* Guide your project teams on visualising and storytelling in our deliverables, helping our clients to consider the strategic implications (‘so what’) of insights we deliver
* Play a driving role in innovating our methodologies and datasets, including strategic thought leadership and marketing activities
* Leading the delivery and presentation of our deliverables in client meetings
* Representing the team at conferences and client events
