Your new role
As an Eczema Account Manager, you will have full responsibility and accountability for driving and managing the Eczema portfolio in your territory. Using an Account Management approach, you will target specific business accounts, driving sales growth through dual specialist medicine selling, customer engagement, and advocate development. You have autonomy to liaise with key customers and stakeholders in line with brand segmentation targeting within secondary care, GPwSIs/GPwERs, and other relevant stakeholders across the broader local health care economy, with the objective of achieving both territory business goals and maximizing patient and prescriber satisfaction from their LEO Pharma eczema treatments.
* Deliver business and sales targets within the defined geographical territory by gathering market intelligence and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
* Engage and develop Opinion Leaders to mobilize influence beyond an individual.
* Conduct key account and expert mapping, updated segmentation, and prioritization. Maintain a detailed and strong understanding of key stakeholders, highly skilled in using a customer relationship approach to capture valuable insights around their needs and expectations.
* Implement a multichannel plan/approach in the field, engaging via face-to-face and virtual meetings based on physician preference and availability.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally, to drive sales growth and meet business objectives.
This role covers Bristol, Gloucs, Bucks, Berks, Oxon, Somerset, Wiltshire and is ideal for a driven and customer-focused sales professional with a passion for Dermatology.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
* Educated to degree level or equivalent.
* ABPI / MRII qualified. Compliance with LEO internal processes and relevant external codes and guidelines, specifically ABPI / IPHA codes.
* Strategic hospital account management and planning experience required.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in multichannel plan setting and implementation.
* Proven ability to work independently and take ownership and accountability of results.
* Business acumen, with the ability to use sales data to make informed decisions.
* Knowledge and passion for dermatology and scientific data agility is a big plus.
