Description
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor you will provide an excellent level of customer service to all customers and handle all customer enquiries in a timely manner. This is a 8am to 5pm role, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Dealing with all customer enquiries in a professional manner.
* Demonstrate excellent customer service to customers over the phone, email & letter.
* Resolving customer queries/complaints to customers satisfaction. Update all relevant systems with accurate information, including supplier portals.
* Liaise with other areas of the business as and when required.
* Keep customers updated with the status of their request.
* Run customer/business reports as and when required.
* Working as part of a team and sharing workloads.
* Cleansing customer records to ensure information is up to date.
This is not an exhaustive list, You may also be required to carry out any other duties as required by the business that you are qualified/trained in that meet the requirements of this role.

Microsoft packages, computer literate.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Confident talking to customers and work well as part of a team.
