Trainee Electrical Installation Trainer
City & Guilds Training – Electrical is seeking passionate electricians who aspire to transition into teaching roles. Join us as a Trainee Electrical Teacher / Trainer and embark on a rewarding journey to educate and inspire the next generation of electrical professionals.

This role suits individuals currently in hands-on roles, ready for a career change. As a Trainee Electrical Installations Teacher/Trainer, you'll receive comprehensive training to become a professional educator, delivering both practical and theoretical programmes to electrical installation learners.

Responsibilities:
1. Delivering high-quality and consistent electrical installation subjects
2. Assessing courses according to company and awarding bodies' guidelines
3. Reviewing student performance and implementing necessary procedures
4. Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Equality & Diversity policies
5. Collaborating effectively within the team and with external stakeholders
Requirements:
1. Recent industry experience in domestic, commercial, or industrial Electrical Installation
2. Minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Maths
3. Sound practical capabilities in Electrical Installations
4. Eagerness to learn and gain qualifications for teaching
Bonus points for:
1. Working towards a Level 3 Teaching qualification or equivalent
2. Working towards a Level 3 Assessing qualification or equivalent
3. Level 3 electrical qualifications (C&G 2391, C&G 2382) or green credentials (Solar PV, EV, EESS)
