Job summary We are looking to recruit into 2 positions covering our Adult mental health wards or Older Adult and dementia wards in Warwick. Positions can be full-time or part-time. We can be flexible as we are looking for the right people. Do you have lived experience of mental ill health, dementia, trauma or distress - either as a patient or a carer? Have you been an inpatient on a mental health ward or are a carer of someone who has been an inpatient? Are you passionate about patient experience? Can you represent the patient perspective in discussions? For the first time, we're embedding lived experience roles across our inpatient mental health services, and we're looking for lived experience engagement facilitators to join us. As a lived experience engagement facilitator, you'll ensure that those who access our services have a voice that is heard throughout all levels at CWPT from individual ward rounds all the way through to partnership board meetings. You'll work closely with several wards, developing good working relationships with patients, carers and staff. You'll facilitate sessions and hold spaces for individuals to share ideas on our services and how they are delivered via group sessions and/or one to ones, and will champion co-production in the development of all services. You will then work with our transformation workstreams to feed back any information gathered to co-design our inpatient services.
